Refunds/Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or refunds on personalised items.

Faulty/Damaged Items

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues with an item.

Any issues must be reported within 5 days of the order being delivered to the address provided.

To process a refund for damaged/faulty items we will require:

  • A photo of the packaging the items came in, clearly showing the address label
  • A photo of the damaged/faulty item

Without these photos, we will not be able to process a refund.
